The organization refers to an entity like an institution, company, or association that includes two or more people and must have a specific aim.

In it we organize the shared personal, political, social, goals. these goals cannot be achieved by working alone. but only by working as a team in an organized manner.

In business, organizations focus mainly on the manufacturing, corporation, service industry, and achieving profit. Although, organizations can be for-profit, or nonprofit, charitable, small business, or local humane society.

Communication is the most important part of the organization. without proper communication, an organization cannot exist.

A major component of the organization are as follows:

  • Conscious or deliberate recreation or creation of the social unit.
  • The achievement of the shared goal.
  • Division of the tasks or work.
  • Coordination between different members of the organization.
  • Co-operation.
  • Well-defined responsibility and authority.
  • Group behavior and teamwork.
