Answer #1

Answer- A person cannot have acted accidentally or recklessly if claiming self defense so that he can protect himself to the best of his ability from all vulnerabilities. If he is reckless then he would not be able to take rational decision when there is threat to him. Anyone would take undue advantage of him and would try to assault him. So, a person should be very careful while claiming self defense.
