2p-1s overlapping occurs in B&H which is relatively stable so this bond does not breakdown on room temperature. So it's difficult to obtain H- .

Oxygen of ester shows +R effect which reduces partial positive charge on carbonyl Carbon so H- attack becomes difficult.

NaBH4 is weak reducing agent which reduces only aldehyde, ketone, acid halide.

It can't reduce ester, so no Reaction will occ
