Reaction mechanism:

Alkene react with hydronium ion gives alcohol. This reaction mechanism follows Morkonikov rule ( OH group add on more substituted carbon.)

In the given reaction, protonation of 1-methyl cyclohexene gives more stable tertiary carbocation.

Then, water molecule attack the carbocation followed by deprotonation gives more substituted tertiary alcohol as product.
