In the given example,I just moved to a new neighbourhood and i am trying to find out a grocery store.
Here ,i can imagine that i saw a grocery store on the way from town to my new home which is just 1 km drive from home and near to a first petrol pump .So using hieristic method i need to drive to a nearby town in a car and looking for first petrol pump on the way to near by town and try to identify a grocery store close to the petrol pump.
2. Algorithm- is a problem solving approach that follows a step by step procedure and guarantees accurate result.
In the given Example,Imagine that you are currently at your new neighbourhood.
Task : to reach grocery store
First : Draw a picture in a picture with details of direction to reach grocery store which is 1 km away from home
A. Get out of home
B.Then Make a decision,Which direction to walk or drive(for Eg.turn Left and go straight for 500 metres)
C. Walk or drive towrads that direction
D. Take next turn for 500 metres ( Eg.Turn right)
E. Identify a landmark (Eg.petrol pump)

3. Insight- it is a problem solving approach that involves a sudden understanding of complex situation and it is better than step by step analysis.It often includes a sudden solution of a problem after many incorrect attempts using trial and error method.
