Answer ; A negative or Inverse correlation

Reason ; in the given example, on the one hand the study participant are directed to consume increased amount of proteins and on the other hand their blood pressure level are decreased, here we can found the increase of one variable and the decrease of another variable are correlated. Therefore the above mentioned type of study design would be the appropriate one.
