   Given,

   \small V_{1}=100V\angle 0^{\circ}

\small V_{1}=100(Cos0^{\circ}+jSin0^{\circ})=100V

And

     \small V_{2}=100V\angle 30^{\circ}

     \small V_{2}=100(Cos30^{\circ}+jSin30^{\circ})=100(0.866+j0.5)=(86.6+j50)V

Now,

The sum ov V1 and V2 is,

\small V=V_{1}+V_{2}

\small V=100+86.6+j50

\small V=186.6+j50

\small V=\sqrt{186.6^{2}+(50)^{2}}\angle tan^{-1}\left ( \frac{50}{186.6} \right )

\small V=193.2V\angle15^{\circ}
