In the case of Interviews, job search, a candidate is doing a direct communication with the employers who are taking the interview, as the candidate can express themselves in a way what they feel. The primary purpose of direct contact is to speak directly to the other person without hiding anything from them. It will help the candidate to get the accurate feedbacks and results, which will decide whether he/she will be the organisation's part or not. The candidate needs to tell everything about themselves to the employer about his experiences, skills, talents, which will help the employer to think if the candidate is capable for the job or not, as telling everything directly is what direct communication is.
