Direct communication is an essential tool, which is a kind of speech that helps to define the actions and message clearly to the other person. It states about which person is responsible for giving orders to other employees working in the organisation. In the case of Interviews, job search, a candidate is doing a direct communication with the employers who are taking the interview, as the candidate can express themselves in a way what they feel. The primary purpose of direct contact is to speak directly to the other person without hiding anything from them. It will help the candidate to get the accurate feedbacks and results, which will decide whether he/she will be the organisation's part or not. The candidate needs to tell everything about themselves to the employer about his experiences, skills, talents, which will help the employer to think if the candidate is capable for the job or not, as telling everything directly is what direct communication is.

Some examples are: If a candidate is going for an interview, then the employer will ask directly about job-related questions from him. There will not be any informal activity while doing the direct communication. It will be directly on point. It is way too active, as it helps the organisation to achieve its organisational objectives effectively and efficiently. It saves the time and energy of the humans, which leads to the development and achievement of goals. It provides quick results to the person as well as the organisation.
