WHATS WRONG WITH MY SCRIPT?

or what am i missing in order for my website extension file to not show..

example: www.yourwebsite.com/aboutus.html

I WANT IT TO BE: www.yourwebsite.com/aboutus

THIS IS MY .htaccess file i need
