FCFF = earnings after tax + depreciation - change in working capital

terminal year FCFF = 6,497,376 + 3,950,125 - 87,800 = 10,359,701

terminal value = 10,359,701 * (1 + 7.03%) / (9% - 7.03%)

terminal value = 562,842,029.46
