No, not all molecules have atoms with hybrid orbitals.

Hybridization is most common in polyatomic molecules, i.e. those having 3 or more number of atoms.

Diatomic molecules are formed by the simple overlap between the unhybridized atomic orbitals of the bonding atoms. Example, chlorine molecule contains a Cl-Cl bond formed by the axial overlap between 3p orbitals of two chlorine atoms.
