Currently,numerous organisations have been facing public scrutiny on the bases of workplace practices that are questionable as well as the treatment of their employees.One of the latest worldwide businesses that have been on the limelight for wrong reasons such as unsafe and unfair working conditions,abusive supervision rights,high work demands,unstable work arrangements,and excessive monitoring.Some of the factors which have led to this include globalization,rapid technological advancements, and consumer demands. In this essay,I will discuss the change concerning worker vulnerability and exploitation in the current workplace environment as well as the influence of this change as far as the Human Resources Practices(HRM) are concerned and then link the change to the relevant legal and/or ethical frameworks.
