Lee threatened to file a lawsuit against the company for $100,000 damages for his physical injury and $100,000 punitive damages. The company’s insurer would not pay punitive damages. Therefore, the company advised Lee to revise his claim for $150,000 physical damages and no punitive damages. Should Lee accept the offer?

Lee should not accept it .

Since Lee prefers lawsuit for his physical injuries and punitive damages each for $1,00,000 .Hence he stands on it..But the company suggested to revise his claim for $1,50,000 for physical injuries

payment for punitive damages (car Accedent) means the company argue that there was no injuries without punitive damages or car accedent so that they reject the claim wholly . Lee afraid of that.
