answer 2 If you have not established significant residential ties with Canada to be considered a factual resident, but you stayed in Canada for 183 or more days in the year, you may be considered a deemed resident of Canada. in this case since she work 5 days in canada but she move back to US every day that means she is a non resident

answer 3 since he has only secondary ties with canada he is a non resident

answer4 she is a resident because of her significant ties with canada because of her husband who works in arm forces
