1) No ,he was not justified in his action .This type of act is unethical and cheating in case if he is caught and he may lose that job and blacklisted in that company or group of company. One should not exaggerate about his education and professional life, because at the end of the day you may caught be it today or later. I don’t justified Johnny action as it can spoil his career in future and he may lose respect in his society. So I will suggest rectifying his course of action.
