AMOUNT OF SHARES TO BE ISSUED IS DECIDED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CORPORATION. ALSO THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF SHARES THAT CAN BE ISSUED IS UPTO AUTHORISED SHARE CAPITAIL, AFTER THE VOTING BY BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
