Organic food, fresh or processed food, developed using methods of organic farming.
Organic food is cultivated without the use of synthetic substances, such as human-made pesticides and fertilizers, and it does not contain GMOs.
Healthy foods, as well as packaged foods such as crackers, beverages, and frozen meals, contain fresh fruit, meats, and dairy products.
Environment.
Certified organic farming practices forbid the use of synthetic fertilizers and pesticides, thus reducing chemical runoff and soil and watershed contamination.
Smaller organic farming is also associated with substantial environmental benefits due to the use of on-farm inputs such as fertilizers derived from compost created on-site.

Cost.
Social issues in relation to organic food include higher consumer prices and regional market differences. Organic foods are typically more costly for consumers than conventionally grown foods due to their more labor-intensive processes, certification prices, and reduced dependence on pesticides to maintain crop yields. Often this results in unequal access to organic food.
Health.
Organic foods often contain more beneficial ingredients, such as antioxidants, than their conventionally produced counterparts, and because they consume only organic foods, people with allergies to foods, additives, or preservatives often find that their symptoms reduce or go away.
Taste.
Organic food tastes better clearly.
43 percent of consumers prefer organic food over their conventionally produced counterparts due to better taste, according to a survey by the Organic Center. The enhanced taste quality is due to the higher concentration of antioxidants present in foods grown organically.
