2) Hotel Manager :

- Ensure that every service, from the front desk, to housekeeping, to maintenance, to the restaurant, is being delivered with an exceptional level of quality and care.

- Manage staff and delegate responsibilities to ensure that guest satisfaction and safety is of highest quality.

3) Rooms Manager:

- Oversees front office operations of the hotel which includes reception, switchboard, reservations, concierge and night auditor.

- Conducts room inspections to ensure highest standards in coordination with the housekeeping team which includes cleaning of rooms, public areas of the hotel and laundry.

b) The reporting structure for this hotel is –
