Airports are not only the means of air traffic but they also have a number of other facilities such as different outlets, Duty-free stores, different types of restaurants, and various other services. These all play a significant role in the overall performance of the airports.
This can only be ensured when the visitors arriving in the airports are well informed and well-communicated about the services and various other facilities which are provided at the airport. This will also help the airport to accumulate ore funds in the form of rent and other sponsorship that s obtained from the advertising.
This is the main reason that despite having huge funding from the government, it is important for the airports to have a well developed and well-planned marketing strategy so that it can attract more customers towards it.
