a) Total contribution margin :

variable cost per unit = 2+3+3.1 = 8.10 per unit

Total Contribution margin = (21-8.10)*11700 = $150930

b) Unit contribution margin = Selling price per unit -Variable cost per unit = 21-8.10 = 12.90

c) Contribution margin ratio = Unit contribution margin/Selling price = 12.9/21 = 61.43%

d) Profit increase by = 2060*12.9 = $26574
