1st one:

The technology that is uniform in all sense like operation, outcome, result, and quality is homogeneous. Suppose a computer network is said to be homogeneous if it connects computers having the same configurations or systems.

2nd one:

This is the function that varies in a way neither increases nor decreases but transforming of a homogeneous function. Therefore, homothetic and homogeneous become identical in terms of slops but the difference is only their broadness – homogeneous technology is the aggregate of all homothetic technologies; suppose protocols of each computer connected in the computer network.
