The advantages of a central business district location has many advantages over the business of a regional shopping center because business which is at central location is able to grow at a very fast pace as it is known to many customers.The scope of such business is very high. Such business can earn very huge profits as compared to a business of regional level. A regional level business is able to grow and progress but as comparison to a business at central level, it is less because of the level of location.A business at regional level is known to less consumers as compared to the business at central level.

If we see a camera shop,the shop owner will be running his business in a limited scope of area because he is not doing his business at a large scale.He is confined only to a limited number of consumers. His earnings will be limited and the range of goodwill will be less.

Thus, we can see the difference between the location benefits of a business running at central level, regional level and local level.
