For the 175 customers of Brand A surveyed, the average rating was 7.2 with a standard deviation of 1.5. For the 150 customers of Brand B surveyed, the average rating was 7.9 with a standard deviation of 2.0. Using a 95% confidence level, are these brands viewed as different quality?
