Ans2= In the earlier versions of PowerPoint about 2007 the video file must be stored in the same directory of the slide file and the video can be link the by placing hyperlink in it.

But the latest versions allow us to embed video from external source as well like 'YouTube'.

Ans3= Pay roll system software is most effective way for storing, retrieving and generating reports for employee working hours and work orders because any employee get salary according to its working hour and it will be perfectly managed by the pay roll system only.

Ans4 =  Management software is a type of operating system because operating system is a system that manages the computer hardware and software processings.
