A redox ladder is a ladder which shows various redox couples on each stair step. Some of the examples of redox couples are Aerobes, manganese reducers, iron reducers etc.

The redox ladder illustrates that at the top most step most energy is gained and at the lower most step least energy is gained. That is when going down the step, Gibbs free energy will be more positive.
