b. Since you intend to use this air for drying fre sh fruits you plan to heat up the air to 50°C. Once you accomplish that, what would be the new relative humidity of the air if the moisture content is maintained?

c. Intuitively you know that to dry your fresh fruits you need to increase the temperature of the air. Using the concept of relative humidity, can you explain why changing the air temperature is a good idea?
