From the beginning of time , whatever tools human had , they have used it in both good and bad way along the course of their lifetime and here in 21st century we stand having another tool with huge applicability - Social Media , which itself has become a questionable tool or technology with a long list of debatable issues and subjects. Among them one of the most prominent is the social disclosure of news , contents etc in social media platforms.

On the positive side, It has brought the world closer in virtual world . Issues, news, debates has reached people all over the world and helps in getting opinions , results etc from a vast range of perspectives.
Other than that, social disclosure about commerical companies helps in growing stronger financial portfolios and have an enormous customer base not barred by geographical boundaries.

On the negative side, the picture has become very dark in the recent past. Social media platforms are being used to serve fake news, contents without checking credibility and it's making people to believe in wrong things. Other than that , the failure of the platforms to censor news or contents related to hate speech, pornography, violent crimes etc are getting backfired to them and causing a wreck among people who are not prepared for these things.
