From Boyle's law,

At constant T,

P1V1=P2V2

P1=0.76atm

V1=6.5L

V2=13L

P2=?

P1V1=P2V2

P2=P1V1/V2

P2=0.76*6.5/13

P2=0.38atm

So the final.pressure = 0.38atm
