Number of splitting of peaks = neighbouring hydrogen +1

Triplet near 1.21 correspond to proton c because it has two neighbouring protons thus triplet appears.

Quartet around 4.16 correspond to proton b because it has three neighbouring hydrogens.

Singlet around 5.05 correspond to proton a because it doesn't have any neighbouring hydrogens.
