2. Relevant facts after the case:-

a) Full thickness burns to hands and arms and also to the face were sustained be the Chef.

b) The chef underwent surgery.

c) The chef was out of work for 5 months.

d) An investigation was conducted by an Environmental Health Officer.

e) The company had a slips and trips assessment.

f) The company was fined.

g) A "Clean as you go" policy was implemented by the company.

h) Slip resistant floors were put in place.

3. My investigation:-

a) I would talk to all the stakeholders.

b) Would try to fix the responsibility.

c) I would try to find the reasons for the accident.
