A uniform electric field that has a magnitude of 9.0 × 105 N/C and points at 30◦ with respect to the positive x-axis. Determine x and y components of the force that would be exerted on the following charges by this field:

a) 5.0 nC point charge

b) −2.0 nC point charge

c) −5.0 nC point charge

d) 50 nC point charge

I am really not sure where to start with this question if someone could please point me in the right direction. I am looking for steps and information or equations to help me answer the question, not just the answers please!
