Ethical leaders are transformational because such leaders help in bringing the ethical behavior in the group and help in doing the all the activities in total ethical manner. Thus such leaders cannot tolerate any unethical behavior in the organization and such leaders always think of changing the activities of the group towards positive side so that the group members should have enough caliber to face tough situations with full courage.Thus such leaders always think of bringing up a change in the activities of the group and also such leaders follow strict rules for following ethical behavior in the organization.
Transformational leaders are those leaders which help inspiring the various group members to achieve the goal of the group in a specified period of time.Such leaders always motivate the group members to give out their best in whatever they do.Such leaders always use creativity and innovation in various activities so that actions and activities should be done in a more unique manner.Thus such leaders cannot work with the same ideas and philosophies because such leaders always like change and they do various efforts for that.
