I believe that today in order to be effective, the organizations need to understand that employees are an asset to the organization and in order to be successful employees need to be motivated to a great extent in the organization which will help them perform efficiently for the betterment of the organization. The motivation strategies that can be used in order to achieve the same would be:
1. Rewards and Recognition - The employees need to be rewarded for their achievements in the organization and that is possible only when their achievements get appreciated. This will help them do better and more for the organization.
2. Employee Engagement and Involvement - An employee needs to feel valued in the organization and that is possible only if they are involved in serious decision making and engaged as well in aspects other than work.
3. Fair Treatment - Performance should be the only parameter and employees should be discriminated based on any other aspect l.
