Respected Sir,
Good evening.

The batch received the grades for the subject code 1008 in the morning today. I saw in the list that I had received very low grades in the subject.

I respect your decision but I had worked extremely hard for this subject the entire semester and after the assessment I had not been expecting such a low grade.

It would be extremely kind of you of you could look into my assessment and my submissions one more time and give me a personalised feedback for the same. The feedback will help me to perform better in the other subjects in the future.
