According to Archimedes principle,the bouyant Force is equal to the weight of the displaced liquid.

Hence when the ball is put in water it partially submerged due to its weight ,to submerge completely we should apply extra force which is equal to the weight of displaced liquid during additional immersion.

Hence Total bouyant Force is equal to the sum of applied force and weight of ball which is also equal to the weight of displaced liquid .

Since ball is completely submerged , volume of displaced liquid must be Total volume of the ball.
