What are some factors that may be contributing to the high rates of this health condition in the poorest in the country, compared to those over 400% of poverty.

Some of the reasons that lead to such health problems in the poorest of the countries are :

• Lower educational levels
• Lower motivation in people
• Increases lethargy causing people to not work actively or involve in active thinking
• Lesser income in such families, that do not allow them to get access to proper health care.
• Higher birth rate as compared to the mortality rate, which leads to scarcity of resources
• Not all children receiving basic vaccination schedules.
• Not all the patients of TB being treated.

In order to improve or reduce this health gap, givwrnements require to build framework which that the standard of living should be improved. It has to be taken care nu the government that none of the children should lose on their vaccinations and the basic health care should be provided.
