we need to check the p value to identify whether the factors and interaction effect is signficant or not

at5% signficance level , if the p value is less than 0.05 then it is signficant

so for factor a , it is 0.17 hence not significant
factor b, p value is 0 , hence less than 0.05 so signficant

for interaction term it is 0.026 , which is less than 0.05 , hence signficant
