Step 1: Dividing the entire team into various departments i.e. belonging to the same work culture.
Step 2: Assigning a Single Point Of Contact in each bifurcated department.
Step 3: Drafting a formal policy (both strategic and action) and emailing the same to them.
Step 4: A face to face conversation wherein I will explain the plans and what all is to be done to achieve those plans.
