Persuading topic- Stop Smoking 1. The three major ways to persuade someone from leaving smoking are a) Discussing the harms of smoking between the conversation every time b) Encourage and promote them to learn longevity skills c) Using alternative eatables in place of smoking 2. The sub points of the main pint are a) Discussing the harms of smoking between the conversation every time . Smokers must be introduced with the harm caused by smoking to the lungs . Danger of passive smoking must be also included . They must be made aware of extreme harm caused to vulnerable group ie pregnant woman, children etc b) Encourage and promote them to learn longevity skills Must be diverted towards the people who matter in smokers life Pictures of dear and near ones must be placed in the surrounding of smoker . . c) Using alternative eatables in place of smoking . Use of nicotine free chewing gum . Encouraging to have healthy diet 3. The introductory paragraph would be It is difficult to persuade someone for leaving smoking also there are chances that smokers must have failed earlier in the act of leaving smoking. But above all continued support, help and encouragement can help someone in quitting the smoking 4. Yes it is logical, because the initial stage of quitting smoking is encouraging someone to do the same. In the later stage he/she should be reminded of quitting regularly. In the next stage, he/she must be given substitute option of chewing something which could help in quitting at the earliest. Emotional factors will also help in detaching from smoking
