The factors undermining precision of the stopwatch are:
* Slight delay.
* Slight offset between two timers used for measurement.
* A slight timing calculation difference with respect to the clock.
* With respect to the stopwatch, there is a slight offset here as well, due to human error.
* In general, another factor is due to many issues in the building process in a digital clock system.
