10. As the person grows older and older, his eye sight becomes weaker and weaker. He is not able to see clearly as less light reaches the back of the eyes because the pupils become small, the eye lens becomes thicker, more light is scattered by the lens, and colors and object appear less vivid. So, we need to provide some special lighting for them.

As less light reaches to their eyes, so we need to provide strong illumination in places where there are chances for slipping. The lights should be more intense so that they can atleast see to some extent with more intene light. It should also not be too much intense so that it does harm than good.
