As per my views the most influential person in the above list is Thomas Edison because he have invested/modified almost every thing that we use daily. Some of the most notable examples of his inventions are incandescent lamp, carbon transmitter used for speaker and microphone, kinetoscope and kinetograph used in motion pictures.

The second most influential person in the list is John Pierpont Morgan normally spelled as J.P. Morgan who was responsible for many profitable and successful mergers and formations like General Electric Company, AT&T, United States Steel Corporation and others. Even he was the one who prevented the “panic of 1907” and saved US for economic crash. Even he had a very high impact on US parliament and many people termed him as the greatest banker of all time.
