The transfer function that is given, or for that matter any transfer function, is always a function of s. To derive the nyquist plot, just substitute s=jw, where w is the angular frequency. Thus, s is a complex number, where you substitute values of w. W ranges from zero till infinity.

In order to draw the plot, you vary w from zero till a very high value (for example, w=0, 10, 100, 1000...etc), and calculate the complex number L(jw). Once you get this complex number, just plot it on the Nyquist plane. Afterwards, connect the points to derive the plot.

10	-0.0021 + 0.0008j
100	-3.3900e-05 + 3.7000e-06i

Carry on the above calculations for multiple values of w and generate the plot.
