Clausius inequality \oint_{}^{} (dQ/T) \leq 0 .

The equal sign in clausius inequality applies to ideal or carnot cycle. Since integral represents the net change in entropy in one complete cycle and makes it clear entropy does not decrease even in an ideal engine cycle.
