Problem statement - Bicycles Management

In a situation when there is large scale theft of bicycles these days there is a need of some high level security system. Bicycles are being stolen from the local campus. Thieves are using hacksaw to cut the locks of the bicycles.

Proposed Solution

In order to control the theft campus security has proposed some changes. There will be changes in the bike rack design. There will be restrictions in the bicycles parking i.e. some areas will be identified only there bicycle cab be parked and before parking there will be a registration process for each bicycles.

Improvement teams will read the problem statement which mentions problem as well as proposed solution by the security management team. They will work according to this problem statement. Problem statement given to the improvement team so that there is no need of any guidance in between. They have to work accordingly.
