Solution:

So we have 4 resources which are shared among three processes.

The system is deadlock free:

Explanation:

Because in the worst case scenario all three processes will be acquiring one resource and asking for the other one, then, in this case, the fourth resource will fulfill the requirement of the processes and there won't be any deadlock.
