(a) The two are related as constituional isomers which refer to those isomers which have same number of carbon atoms but differ in the connectivity of atoms. The formula depicting the newman configuration is 3-Methyl Pentane whereas the one depicting the bondline formula is 2-Methyl Pentane.

(b) The two are diastereomers as in the first figure the two methyl groups are in opposite planes to each other while in the other figure, the two are in the same plane.

(c) The isomers represent enantiomeric pairs with two bromine groups above the plane (first figure) while the two bromine groups below the plane (second figure).

(d) The two represent the different conformations of same compound, hence are diastereomers.

(e) The two isomers are the non superimposible mirror images, hence are enantiomers.
