The landscape seems to be a weathered outcrop of sandstone and Quartzite .

Due to weather which appears to be arid, the weathering can be mainly due to air in present times which could be the only possible process.

Climate appears to be hot and arid which tells us that weathering is not initiated by water but rather by air only.

There was sedimentation in the early period which caused the deposition of rocks .Further the deposited rocks underwent weathering due to a water flor near by probably.
