(i) The staff members to be removed should preferably be part timers and casual workers as far as possible, as it will not have anay long term implications.
(ii) The Amidst the present situation, restaurant can do with fewer cooks and even less servers as there is no dine in options. However, there will be more delivery men needed. For this, the employees who work as servers and can also drive the delivery truck, can also be used for multitasking, as per the need.
(iii) Removal of the speciality cooks and all those with specific skills should be avoided. They would be difficult to find, once the shop opens fully. These people should rather be used for preparing different take away items.
(iv) Few servers can be used to take telephonic orders, or online acknowledgement of orders. More of them should be trained in multitasking so that more tasks can be accomplished with fewer workers.
