1) OFFICER_INITIATIVE_DETAILS is in 3NF since there are no multivalued attributes and there is neither any partial or transitive dependency.

2) SOLICITATIONS is in 1NF since there is partial dependencies among:

solicitID -> solicitType, solicitChannelAndDate

collegeID -> collegeName

solicitID, collegeID -> donorID
